This page allows a user to conduct Poverty Assessment Survey interview.

How do you conduct a Poverty Assessment Survey?

To conduct Poverty Assessment Survey interview, go to Individual Clients/Poverty Assessment Survey, the following screen appears:

New: Select this option to conduct a new Poverty Assessment interview for the selected group member. When this option is selected, selected the poverty index indicators get populated in the grid for you to fill according to the survey.
Retrieve: Select this option to retrieve an old Poverty Assessment interview to edit.
Date of survey: Enter here the date of the Poverty Assessment interview.
Questionnaire number: Select the questionnaire number that you wish to use to conduct the Poverty Assessment interview. These questionnaire should have been entered and configured under Support files/Poverty Indicators.
Interviewer: Enter here your name or the name of the person conducting the interview e.g "Charles Masaba"
Total score: The aggregate scores for the poverty index indicators will automatically be summed up here e.g. "84%". It is a percentage of 100.
Max. score: This is the maximum percentage score (100%) achievable.
Choose the periodicity of the survey e.g. Quarterly.
Retrieve: The next time you want to conduct a survey on the same client you can now retrieve the last survey.
